Contempla 213 km das rodovias SP-055 (Rodovia Padre Manoel da N\u00f3brega), SP-088 (Mogi-Dutra) e SP-098 (Mogi-Bertioga), que passam pelos munic\u00edpios de Aruj\u00e1, Itaquaquecetuba, Mogi das Cruzes, Bertioga, Santos, Praia Grande, Mongagu\u00e1, Itanha\u00e9m, Peru\u00edbe, Itariri, Pedro de Toledo e Miracatu. Entre a SP-070 e Mogi, a concess\u00e3o prev\u00ea tr\u00eas faixas de rolamento, para elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de gargalos rodovi\u00e1rios. J\u00e1 o deslocamento entre Mogi e Bertioga contar\u00e1 com faixas adicionais, acostamento e rampas de escape que dar\u00e3o mais seguran\u00e7a aos motoristas.<\/p>\n<p>O trecho Bertioga-Santos tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 duplicado e ter\u00e1 ciclovia em toda a sua extens\u00e3o. J\u00e1 o trajeto entre Peru\u00edbe e Praia Grande vai ganhar vias marginais e dispositivos para garantir a conectividade dentro das cidades. Miracatu-Peru\u00edbe \u00e9 outro trecho que passar\u00e1 por duplica\u00e7\u00e3o das vias, al\u00e9m de incluir dispositivos vi\u00e1rios, marginais e passarelas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A concess\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A licita\u00e7\u00e3o do trecho ser\u00e1 na modalidade concess\u00e3o patrocinada, que \u00e9 uma forma de parceria p\u00fablico-privada (PPP) que prev\u00ea a outorga de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos com cobran\u00e7a de tarifa dos usu\u00e1rios e a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos por parte do Estado em forma de contrapresta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Sendo assim, o leil\u00e3o ser\u00e1 pelo crit\u00e9rio de menor valor da contrapresta\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica a ser paga pelo Poder Concedente em favor da concession\u00e1ria.
